Our WatchGuard SecureCare Assisted Support programme provides subscribers with access to Professional WatchGuard Engineers for the support they need to maintain their WatchGuard Devices. Covering all products in the WatchGuard Range, telephone and email access to our WatchGuard Engineers will ensure that you always have access to a reliable and dependable knowledge base. Our aim is to make sure that you maximise both the availability of your services and the confidentiality of your data. We offer WatchGuard support contracts to any business that has current model WatchGuard Firewalls. If you haven’t yet bought your WatchGuard and prefer OPEX costs versus capital purchase and don’t have the desire to manage inhouse, you can leave full management to us under our Managed WatchGuard Firewall Solution.
